Luco works as a Product Manager at Moba. His journey at Moba began while he was still studying Mechanical Engineering. He started in Operations, where he wrote assembly manuals for the assembly department and the sheltered workshop. At the time, he combined this with his Mechanical Engineering studies.

During the final weeks of his studies, Tim was approached by a temporary employment agency. He chose Moba from among several options. "A machine manufacturer and a large company, that appealed to me," says Tim. He has since progressed from operational to junior tactical purchaser.

Marco Roelofsen, now 39 years old, began his journey at Moba in September 2009. His path to Moba was not direct. After completing a vocational degree in Architecture and five years as a thatcher, Marco decided he wanted something different.
