From his first day on the job, Osaro was guided and coached by experienced colleagues such as former work planner Paul. "The great thing about Moba is that I was given the space to develop at my own pace. That development wasn't always smooth sailing, but I always had support." I see myself still working here in ten years' time. I'm curious to see how far I can go."
