As Junior Area Sales Manager Germany, you will acquire new customers, manage existing accounts and support sales projects from initial needs analysis through to solution handover. You act as the central interface between the customer and internal teams such as engineering, service and project management.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify, approach and develop new customers.
· Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
· Analyse customer requirements, workflows and processes and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
· Manage sales projects throughout the full sales cycle: qualification, concept, quotation, negotiation and closing.
· Prepare quotations and coordinate customer-specific proposals in close cooperation with internal departments.
· Ensure clear and professional communication with customers throughout all project phases.
· Monitor market and competitive developments and identify sales opportunities.
· Represent the company at customer visits, demonstrations, trade fairs and industry events.
· Maintain accurate customer, project and opportunity data in CRM.

Wat vragen wij van jou
- Completed commercial or technical training, or a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, agricultural engineering or a comparable field;
- Initial experience in technical sales, internal sales, project sales or service; suitable graduates and career starters are also welcome;
- Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to the Netherlands;
- Very good German and good English language skills; full driving licence;
- CRM experience and exposure to agricultural, food processing or production environments are an advantage;
- Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable machine solutions.
