Your role

We’re looking for a Sofon Coordinator for our Sales department! Do you have extensive experience with Sofon and know how to build, program, and optimize models? Are you technically skilled, analytical, and do you enjoy working at the intersection of sales and IT? If so, we’d love to invite you for an introductory meeting!

For nearly 80 years, Moba has been creating comprehensive solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown to become the global market leader, with high-tech systems in 111 different countries that process more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.

As a Sofon Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our configuration and quoting software, Sofon. You are not a user, but rather the specialist who understands how Sofon models are built, programmed, and maintained. With your expertise, you ensure that our quote generator operates efficiently, remains stable, and is continuously developed to meet the organization’s needs.

What kinds of tasks can you specifically expect?

Sofon Coordination
• You manage and optimize the Sofon application.
• You test new models and configurations in collaboration with Sales and Product Management.
• You ensure that models, configurations, and pricing information remain up to date.
• You support the alignment between Sofon and our Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes.
• You identify opportunities for improvement and work to enhance user-friendliness, output documents, dashboards, and functionalities.

Sales Operations
• You contribute to the further development and implementation of the Sales Operations strategy.
• You collaborate with colleagues and customers to continuously improve sales processes.
• You actively contribute ideas on how to organize work processes more efficiently, with a special focus on quotation and order processes.
• You support initiatives that contribute to better collaboration, innovation, and process improvement.

What we ask of you

You have the academic and cognitive level equivalent to an MBO 4 or bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of IT;
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
You have proven experience with Sofon as an expert, key user, or modeler;
You have experience building, programming, maintaining, and optimizing Sofon models;
You have a strong interest in IT, configuration software, and analyzing technical issues;
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
