For nearly 80 years, Moba has been providing comprehensive solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown to become the global market leader, with high-tech systems in 111 different countries that process over 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, and production to installation and service, it all happens in Barneveld.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and bringing to market all services related to our machines and solutions. This includes maintenance and support, help desk services, spare parts, and training, as well as digital and data-driven services, performance optimization, and service agreements. You will work closely with various departments worldwide and play a central role in strengthening our customer service offerings.

You look ahead, set priorities, and translate market trends into concrete plans. You ensure the quality of our value propositions and help the organization move toward a service-oriented approach. You work closely with teams including Marketing, Service, Sales, and R&D.

Here are some of your main responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Business Intelligence

• You provide up-to-date and relevant market analyses within the service category.
• You research trends, service penetration, and new opportunities in the market.
• You identify growth opportunities and develop service plans in collaboration with the regions.
• You present analyses and proposals to senior management.

Category management

• You are responsible for the entire lifecycle within the service category, from concept to phase-out.
• You set priorities for future developments and translate these into a clear roadmap.
• You initiate and manage business cases for new services or improvements.
• You ensure the successful introduction of new value propositions and oversee the ongoing development of services.
• You understand regional market differences and translate these into practical actions.

Pricing and Performance Monitoring

• You manage the pricing model and monitor margins on services
• You track quotes and deals through pipeline checks and authorizations.
• You conduct competitive analyses and monitor market activities such as price changes, promotions, and positioning.

Communication and Training

• You ensure clear, timely, and comprehensive communication about new or updated services to all relevant departments.
• You develop training programs and materials to support the commercial teams in their interactions with customers.
• You work closely with Marketing, Service, and Sales.

What we ask of you

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or Business;
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in product management or product marketing, or in the commercialization of services;
  • Experience with the lifecycle management of a product line;
  • Experience with service organizations or service commercialization is a plus;
  • Experience with data-driven services and servitization is a strong plus;
  • You can conduct market research and analysis and translate the findings into concrete opportunities;
  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You have strong project management skills and can lead teams within a matrix organization;
  • You are analytical, organized, and able to maintain a clear overview.
