Your role

We are looking for a PLM Solution Consultant (Windchill) for our IT department. Do you have experience with enterprise applications such as PLM, ERP, or similar business-critical systems, and are you skilled at translating business needs into IT solutions? If so, we’d love to meet you!

From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.

As a PLM Solution Consultant within our rapidly growing IT department, you will be responsible for the further development and optimization of the PLM landscape, with PTC Windchill as the core application. You’ll serve as the link between business and IT and work closely with stakeholders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, and other business units. You’ll ensure that business processes are effectively supported by smart, scalable, and future-proof IT solutions.

A selection of your tasks:

• Further develop and manage the PTC Windchill platform and related applications.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions and application configurations.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to support improvements within the application landscape.
• Ensure consistency between PLM, CAD, ERP, CRM, Manufacturing, and Service processes.
• Coordinate changes, releases, and implementations.
• Supporting users and key users and providing training.
• Prioritizing improvement initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT.
• Collaborating with external implementation and support partners.
• Advising on the optimal structure of product data, information flows, and system integrations.

What we ask of you

A completed associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business IT and Management, Information Management, or a comparable field;
At least 5 years of experience with enterprise applications such as PLM, ERP, MES, or similar systems;
Experience with PTC Windchill is a strong plus;
Experience with system integrations and application configuration within a complex IT environment;
Experience in a production environment and an interest in product development, manufacturing, and service processes;
Proficiency in Dutch and English.
