Your Role
For nearly 80 years, Moba has been providing comprehensive solutions for the sorting, packaging, and processing of eggs. As a global market leader with systems in 111 countries and a team of passionate professionals, we continue to innovate and grow.
As a recruitment intern, you will support our HR team in various recruitment activities. You will have the opportunity to experience the entire recruitment process from start to finish and play an active role in finding and retaining talent. In addition, there will be opportunities for you to broaden your skills within HR, depending on your interests and any assignments related to your studies. Our HR team consists of a total of 11 employees, two of whom specialize in Moba’s internal recruitment.
What kind of work can you expect?
• Recruitment: You help draft and post job openings, actively search for suitable candidates, and assist with initial screening and interviews.
• Talent Pools: You help identify and engage candidates for our future talent pools.
• Candidate journey: You’ll contribute ideas on how to improve the application experience and ensure candidates feel welcome.
• Collaboration with schools: You’re welcome to join us in representing Moba at open houses at schools in the region. You’ll also explore opportunities to expand these efforts.
• Employer branding: You will contribute to our labor market communications and help strengthen our employer brand.
• You will also have the opportunity to take on other HR tasks, for example in collaboration with the HR Business Partners, depending on your interests and learning goals.

What we ask of you
- • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field;
- • You have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills;
- • Experience with or an interest in recruitment and employer branding is a plus;
- • You enjoy working as part of a team, are creative, and take ownership of your work.
