Your role
We are looking for a mechanical engineer for our assembly department. Do you have an affinity with mechanical engineering and mechanics? And do you have at least an MBO diploma in mechanical engineering or do you have the ambition to grow through a BBL program? Then we would like to invite you for an introductory meeting and tour!
For almost 80 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
In this position, you will be responsible for mechanical modules and products in accordance with the relevant specifications, which will involve assembling, testing, setting up, or adjusting modules and products. You will ensure that modules and products are registered and delivered to (internal) customers on time and in accordance with the relevant quality standards, procedures, and specifications. You will also prepare the modules and products for shipment with the accompanying order documents. In addition, we would like to see you contribute ideas, make suggestions for improvement, and implement them after a decision has been made!

What we ask of you
- You have at least a vocational diploma in mechanical engineering or are willing to start a vocational training program in this field.
- It is an advantage if you have several years of experience in a similar position and knowledge of mechanical engineering, assembly, technology, and automated systems. No experience yet? Then we would still like to invite you to apply.
- You are able to read technical drawings and work from them;
- You are willing to occasionally work overtime during peak periods.
