Your role
We are looking for a Hardware Standardization Specialist for our R&D department. You will be part of our Hardware Standardization team and, as a technical specialist, will work on our ePlan strategy and implementation for our egg sorting and packaging machines.
For almost 80 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
As a Hardware Standardization Specialist, you’ll be primarily responsible for implementing an ePlan strategy according to a step-by-step plan that you’ve developed yourself. What kind of tasks might this involve, specifically?
• Gain a thorough understanding of our process flow and, from a hardware perspective, implement a new company-wide CTO process;
• In collaboration with other disciplines, implement the MOBA ePlan vision and strategy—both for our existing and new portfolios—and communicate these throughout the rest of the organization;
• Standardize and roll out ePlan (drawings and parts) processes and procedures;
• Set up mechatronic, modular, and configurable ePlan project templates;
• Implement automation (tooling).

What we ask of you
- At least a completed associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a vocational diploma (MBO);
- Proven experience with ePlan (+3 years) in a similar position is a must;
- Analytical thinking and persuasiveness;
- Commitment and passion in the implementation of the chosen solution;
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical engineering standards and guidelines are a plus;
- Knowledge and experience with ePlan modules and applications such as Structural Code Management, Item Management, eBUILD, Pro-Panel, and Smart-Production;
- A good command of spoken and written Dutch (B2) and English.
