Your role
We are looking for a CNC press brake operator for our manufacturing department. Do you have experience in a similar role and would you like to work in a modern and challenging environment? If so, we’d love to meet you for an introductory interview and a tour of our factory!
For nearly 80 years, Moba has been providing comprehensive solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing over 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
Our machines are also manufactured in Barneveld and consist largely of metal (stainless steel). We are currently looking for a metalworker who can set up and operate machines independently. This includes reading drawings and work instructions, checking the necessary materials, and performing quality checks on the product. For larger parts, you will sometimes work together with colleagues.
In this role, you will ensure that products are manufactured to the specifications outlined in the drawings using CNC bending:
• You process stainless steel sheet metal using the correct bending sequences. You set up and program various CNC press brakes using the machine’s control panel or through offline programming. If issues arise, you access 2D/3D drawings via an external computer. Thanks to your experience, you are able to resolve issues on your own.
• You perform inspections to monitor product quality. Once the product is ready, you prepare the orders for shipment and ensure they are complete.

What we ask of you
- You have completed a vocational training program in sheet metal work or metalworking;
- You have several years of experience in a similar position;
- You are quite capable of reading technical drawings;
- You can set up and operate a press brake on your own;
- You have an affinity for technology;
- You have a forklift operator's license or are willing to obtain one.
