For our Middle East office based in Dubai we are looking for an experienced international field service engineer. This is an international job, where you will be present at our customers abroad (approximately 70%). Are you independent and proactive? Then we look forward to meeting you!

THE POSITION

Moba is world leader in innovative machines for grading, packing and processing eggs in the food industry. With more than 850 colleagues and a history going back over 75 years, we build the most high-quality technical systems, from design to production and from installation to service. Moba Middle East FZCO is a regional Sales and Service center focused on customers in the poultry sector in the Middle East and North Africa. 

As an International Field Service Engineer you are responsible for installing machines, maintaining existing machines and solving malfunctions at customers. You are often present at our customers, approximately 70% of your working time. You will report to our Technical Coordinator in Dubai. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to installations, maintenance, revision, trouble shooting, Service and upgrades of Moba machines on site
  • Commissioning of the Moba machines on site
  • Contributes to machine and equipment improvements
  • Ensure machine handover to customer and complete feedback (reports, checklists, software backups)
  • Ensure proper machine inspections in order to prepare the work correctly
  • Preparation for upcoming visits
  • Contribute to helpdesk duties

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

  • Attested Engineering degree in Electronics or Mechatronics;
  • Good PC and Network knowledge;
  • Minimum 5 year experience in a similar job and environment;
  • Experience within the Egg and Poultry industry (packing station / farms) is preferred;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Good knowledge of Arabic and other additional languages are a plus;
  • Excellent and proven customer relation skills, continuous improvement mentality and ambassador within the company (both internal and external); 
  • Willingness to travel 70-80% of your time
  • Flexible attitude towards your working hours.
