Your role
For our Moba Academy, we are looking for a Technical Trainer who understands that it's about more than just providing training. As a Technical Trainer, you will be the face of our technology and bring complex systems to life for customers, agents, and colleagues worldwide. For almost 80 years, Moba has been a leader in total solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs. Our systems are located in 111 countries and process more than 1 billion eggs every day. From innovative design to global service: it all happens from our headquarters in Barneveld. And that's where you come in.
As part of the Moba Academy Team, you ensure that knowledge continues to flow and grow. You develop, optimize, and deliver training courses that make a real difference.
What are you going to do?
Inspire with your expertise
You will provide technical training courses for an international audience in Barneveld and, several times a year, on location at customer sites or at our other training centers worldwide. Your goal? To ensure that participants feel confident working with our advanced systems.
Building the future of learning
Together with R&D, Product Management, HR, and Service, you will develop innovative training materials. You will create new modules, optimize existing programs, and contribute to the development of e-learning solutions that meet tomorrow's needs.
Maintaining quality
You manage our Learning Management System, keep training schedules up to date, and proactively come up with suggestions for improving our programs.

What we ask of you
- Higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking in technology, service, or engineering;
- At least three years of experience in customer care and service within the capital goods industry;
- Experience in providing training is a strong advantage. Do you have strong technical and communication skills, but no direct experience in training? We invite you to respond as well.
- Affinity with (technical) training courses, machines, and software solutions;
- Proven talent in customer contact;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; a third language is a plus;
- Flexibility to travel internationally several times a year for training courses;
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
