Your role
We are looking for a Process Engineer for our injection molding facility! Do you have experience optimizing production processes, an eye for quality, and a passion for continuous improvement? For almost 80 years, Moba has been creating total solutions for sorting, packing, and processing eggs that are sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
As a Process Engineer, you are responsible for analyzing, improving, and ensuring the reliability of production processes within our plastic injection molding facility. You will focus on optimizing injection molding processes and quality control, continuously seeking improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability. You will work closely with Operations, R&D, and Quality (HQSE) and play a key role in implementing process innovations.
A selection of your tasks:
• Conducting process validations, test injections, and quality controls;
• Analyzing measurement data, resolving deviations, and implementing improvement measures;
• Optimizing and implementing injection molding, tooling, and QC processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC;
• Acting as a liaison between Operations, R&D, and Quality (HQSE);
• Developing tools, measurement methods, and work instructions;
• Coaching and mentoring (junior) colleagues and contributing to projects;
• Focusing on KPIs such as quality, OEE, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What we ask of you
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role and environment;
- Proficiency in process improvement and common improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma, SPC, 5S);
- Strong technical skills and the ability to persuade;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Proficiency in and experience with MS Office, ERP systems, CAD, and simulation software, as well as a willingness to learn other systems, is a plus.
