Your role
To expand our Product Research Center, we are looking for an R&D Test Engineer. Within R&D, the Test Engineer serves as the central point of contact for the technical quality and test validation of systems within an R&D project. Do you have extensive experience testing high-tech mechatronic systems and are you not afraid to take on challenges? If so, we would love to meet you.

Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing more than 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
Moba develops modular machines and software solutions that are assembled into customer-specific systems through a configure-to-order process. As a Test Engineer, you will work in the R&D department and be responsible for ensuring that a system meets the specified requirements, validated through a proper testing approach that mitigates risks. You will be involved from the start of a project through to system verification within the test environment.
You will work in various multidisciplinary project teams alongside colleagues from R&D, product management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain planning, procurement, quality, and service. As a Test Engineer, you will coordinate the test teams and validate the test results. You will communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and have the confidence to escalate issues when necessary.
A selection of your tasks:

• Managing one or more test engineers who support you in testing systems at all relevant levels;
• Analyzing test results, securing test data, and providing feedback to the project teams;
• You are the central point of contact for the technical quality and test justification of systems. In that capacity, you advise the project team on a go/no-go decision;
