For nearly 80 years, Moba has been creating comprehensive solutions for sorting, packaging, and processing eggs sold all over the world. Over the years, Moba has grown into a global market leader with systems in 111 different countries, processing over 1 billion eggs every day. From design, development, production, and installation to service, it all happens in Barneveld.
In this role, you are responsible for managing and monitoring all installed base data within our service organization. You ensure that data regarding machines, installations, and assets is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. In doing so, you lay the foundation for well-functioning service processes, such as maintenance, support, and invoicing.
You will work closely with colleagues in Service and other departments and serve as the central point of contact for installed base data and CMDB-related matters.

Here are some of your key responsibilities:

Installed base & machine management

• You manage and update all equipment installed by Moba.
• You ensure that new installations, relocations, and upgrades are properly recorded.
• You manage lifecycle data, such as status, location, ownership, and warranty.
• You ensure that installation data and warranty periods are recorded completely and accurately.
• You also register third-party equipment and ensure that all service-related information is complete.
• You work on standardizing installed base data across different regions and systems.

CMDB and Data Management

• You ensure alignment between installed base data and systems such as MyMoba, iMoba, and the ERP system.
• You check and validate data entries from service and internal teams.
• You identify and correct missing or inconsistent data.
• You manage master data and ensure a reliable database.
• You create and manage accounts for customer portals such as MyMoba and iMoba.

Support for service processes

• You ensure that installed base data is available and usable for maintenance, service, and support.
• You support service contracts and billing by providing accurate and complete data.
• You assist colleagues with questions or corrections regarding data.
• You are the point of contact within the service department for installed base and CMDB-related matters.

What we ask of you

  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferably in an administrative field;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in service administration, asset management, or a similar role;
  • Experience with installed base data or CMDB systems (such as Windchill) is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
  • You work with precision and organization, and you have an eye for detail.
